I began my weight loss journey in January 2023, at least that’s what I had thought. I’m now eight months into my transformation journey (emphasis on transformation journey). I have had problems with my shoulder for the last 4 years, due to a combination of working 10 hours a day in front of a computer, and over-working myself in the gym. I have tried everything to relieve the pain and discomfort, including physiotherapy, acupuncture, strengthening exercises and yoga. All have helped to varying degrees, but nothing seemed to fix my shoulder for good. Since I have started seeing Alex I have seen the biggest improvements in my recovery
